Lectures: General pathology 1) Introduction to the field, the role of pathology, basic examination 2) Inflammation 3) Oncology 4) Special pathology 5) Pathology of circulatory system; pathology of the respiratory system 6) Pathology of the digestive system 7) Pathology of the urinary system, pathology of the genital system 8) Pathology of the nervous system 9) Pathology of musculoskeletal system 10) Pathology of endocrinology, skin and sensory organs

Learning outcomes
|
Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to acquaint students with pathological variations in the human body in the context of the knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Pathology focuses primarily on changes in the structure of cells, tissues and organ systems, including disorders of the internal environment and metabolism, immunity and organism as a whole. Students will learn to define basic pathological changes in individual organ systems.
Students obtain knowledge in given course in accordance with requirements and course programme.
