Course content
Topics: Types of companies, company organization, human resources. Improving the ability to communicate effectively and easily even during business phone calls.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments)

Learning outcomes
It follows the bachelor's course in the Czech language. The course prepares students for communication in various typical situations when looking for a job and conveys ways of acting in professional practice. It will help improve communication skills and teach students to communicate simply and effectively during negotiations, business meetings and conferences. All four language competences are practiced within the conversation topics: speaking, reading, writing and listening. Students will acquire the full developed level of B1 as defined in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Students will acquire the threshold level of B1 as defined in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Prerequisites
Students' entry level is such as to enable them to acquire the CEFR level required at the end of the semester.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam, Written exam, Essay

Credit: - participation in seminars - completion of tests during the course of study - a fully developed oral presentation - continuous fulfilment of credit conditions based on requirements of lecturers - individual work with e-learning materials - the successful completion of the credit test.
