Course content
Grammar and professional vocabulary Students improve and practice both professional vocabulary and grammar, as well as professional style and proofreading of professional texts.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments)
  • Class attendance - 28 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The objective of the seminar is to prepare students for the international certificates of professional German language: Goethe-Test Pro (Deutsch für den Beruf), telc Sprachenzertifikat für den Beruf, the threshold level of B2 as defined in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Students acquire communicative and written competences in everyday work situations, understand simple professional texts, and improve skills in writing standard business letters and emails.
Prerequisites
The student should have such initial language skills that he can acquire the required language knowledge after completing the semester.

Student's performance analysis, Didactic test, Systematické pozorování studenta

- active participation in seminars - successful completion of tests during the course of study - performing presentations - seminar paper - knowledge of German language at an intermediate level.
