Course content
Competence practice - speaking, listening, reading and writing within the thematic units: - demand, business conversation, delivery and payment terms. - orders and payments, telephone queries. - conflicts and complaints, misunderstandings, critical interviews, quality management. - business meetings, organization, participation, forecasts, protocols, chart and tables descriptions. - working procedures, technical instructions, manuals, formalities. - employment contracts, taxes, levies, offers of further education (retraining). At the same time, grammar in professional texts is practiced.

Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments)
  • Class attendance - 28 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The course prepares students for communication in different typical situations in the job and mediates the ways of negotiation in professional practice. It will help improve communication skills and teach students to communicate effectively and effectively in negotiations, at business meetings and conferences.
Students obtain knowledge in given course in accordance with requirements and course programme.
Prerequisites
The student should have such initial language skills that he can acquire the required language knowledge after completing the semester.
