Learning outcomes
The course follows the introduction to landscape ecology from the bachelor's degree and focuses on advanced concepts of landscape ecology and their application in regional development. Students will learn about the ecological stability of landscapes, biodiversity, the effects of anthropogenic processes on landscape structure, and methods of landscape research. Emphasis is placed on the application of knowledge in the analysis of landscape processes and the creation of strategies for sustainable landscape use.
