Course content
|
During their internship students solve specific ICT problems and participate in implementing various projects under the guidance of the TUL guarantor and a supervisor in the company where they carry out an internship. To obtain appropriate credits, the student has to fulfill the following two tasks: 1 Periodic reports The student reports are stored on the portal http://informaticke-praxe.tul.cz. The portal is also available to students of the second year, allowing an ex ante introduction to the concept of a year-long guided internship. 2 Final guided internship report Final guided internship report gives an overal evaluation of a student´s annual internship and is graded by a guarantor. Part of the report is the analysis and description of the methods used to solve the given ICT project.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with business reality in various job positions corresponding to the studied field. At the end of the guided internship the student will prepare a written report on the performed activities in the prescribed scope and structure.
Students obtain knowledge in given course in accordance with requirements and course programme.

Essay
The credit will be given on the basis of student´s performance during the internship, submission of periodical reports and submission of the final guided internship report.
