Course content
History of project management, models and methods of graph theory, models and methods of project management (CPM, PERT, CM/COST, GERT), Model of maturity in project management, theory of constraints, application of the agile approaches in project management, Methods TRIZ, Lautes Denken, FMEA.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to make students familiar with the latest trends, practical experience and theoretical knowledge in the field of application of project management methodologies of design, planning and project management in the field of innovation information systems. Students can apply individual lessons and within the scientific research in doctoral studies. Completion of the course will enable students to pursue doctoral studies in the scientific research in the areas of innovation information systems (focusing on the chosen field of study) and the ability to obtain independent and team research work in order to achieve process and publish original scientific results.
Students will obtain knowledge according with the aim and the content of module.
