The aim of the subject is to acquaint PhD students with the latest trends, practical experience and theoretical knowledge of project management, as well as with individual processes of designing, planning and managing projects in the field of information systems innovation. Doctoral students will use their knowledge in their scientific research during their doctoral studies. The course will enable students to pursue scientific research into information systems innovation and to acquire the capability of independent as well as team scientific work with the aim of achieving, processing and publishing original scientific results.

Assessment methods and criteria

Doctoral students will prepare a proposal of commercialization of the results of their own research or a case study on the commercialization of the selected VaV result, which was already introduced as an innovation. The defense of the projects is part of the final exam.
