Course content
Seminars: 1. The starting point of the tour/trip design 2. Introduction to tour calculations 3. Tour costing - indirect costs 4. Tour costing - transport costs 5. Tour calculation - guide costs 6. Tour calculation - other indirect costs 7. Tour calculation - direct costs 8. Comprehensive calculation - domestic tour 9. Comprehensive calculation - foreign tour 10. Basis for creating an accommodation product 11. Calculation of room price 12. Basis for creating a hospitality product 13. Calculation of the price of food and beverages 14. Calculation of menu prices

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments)
  • Class attendance - 42 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to acquaint students with the issues of management of services provided in tourism.
Students will gain knowledge in the subject in accordance with the goal and content.
Prerequisites
Elementary knowledge of tourism businesses.

Written exam

Credit: Active attendance at seminars. Exam: Written exam.
