Lectures (topics): 1. Theory of internationalization. 2. Internationalization of the product. 3. Internationalization of innovations. 4. Specifics of international trade in individual sectors (A, I, S). 5. Trade and investment policy. 6. Internationalization of human resources - labor force movement. 7. Legal aspects of international trade - international treaties and EU acts. 8. Regionalism in international trade. 9. Development assistance in international trade. 10. Current development of foreign trade of the Czech Republic. Seminars (topics): 1. Assignment of a case study, Internationalization of a product 2. Internationalization of innovations. 3. - 4. Presentation of case studies.

Learning outcomes
|
Students will gain knowledge and skills for conducting successful negotiations at the international level. The course logically begins with the issues of personality and personal qualities for negotiation, the roles of assertiveness and empathy in business negotiations. It then analyzes the phases of business negotiations, including their specifics, business tactics, questioning, and preparation of arguments. It also covers the principles of human behavior in society based on an ethical framework and the principles of social interaction in the spirit of etiquette. Including an explanation and mastery of the process of interpersonal perception and the basic elements and principles of intercultural communication, everything is transferred to an international context and applied in the form of the correct setting for the implementation of international BN within the legal framework for concluding international purchase contracts and other related contracts.
Students obtain knowledge in given course in accordance with requirements and course programme.
