Administrative law criminal. 13. Social security law. Social insurance. Health insurance. State Social Support. Social assistance. 14. Criminal Law. Basic principles. Criminal liability. Sanctions. Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing)
  • Preparation for exam - 35 hours per semester
  • Home preparation for classes - 40 hours per semester
  • Class attendance - 13.5 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with changes and developments in legislation.
Students obtain knowledge in given course in accordance with requirements and course programme. Students will gain competence to apply knowledge from this course in practice.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam

For both presessional and combined studies, the course is concluded with a written test. A test of the course content with a minimum passing score of 60%. Students of combined studies Combined study is not a form of teaching without student attendance. The student is required to attend at least 50% attendance ( one of the terms for combined study classes). In the event of failure to meet the requirement, the student will request the lecturer to assign a topic for a seminar paper immediately after the end of the 2nd term set for the combined study form of instruction. Without fulfilling the requirement, it is not possible to register for the examination.
