Seminar topics 1. Service system modeling - mathematical vs. simulation approach. 2. Software for discrete-event simulation Witness. 3. Physical elements in Witness. 4. Logical elements in Witness. 5. Graphical elements in Witness. 6. Control of simulation model, statistics and content of physical elements. 7. Programming simulation model logic in Witness. 8. Link Witness to MS Excel to import input data and export and process outputs. 9. Witness Experimenter. 10. Application of dynamic simulation in the design of logistics systems (simulation of production lines, warehouses, distribution systems, etc.).
