Course content
Lectures: 1. - 2. New 7 management tools 3. A testing of experiments in ISM 4. - 5. The methodology of decision-making 6. - 7. Self-evaluation management tools 8. Techniques of manufacturing enterprises 9. A social Innovation 10. The Bata's Concept 11. The Fotr Boháček Concept and The Liebig Concept 12. Leadership, teamwork, biometrics 13. Qualitative methods in an organisational practice 14. Basics of a field research Practices follow lectures by solving practical problems and model examples.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments), Problematic methods (research and exploration), Students' portfolio

Learning outcomes
The goal of the subject is to acquaint students with deeper issues of integrated management system. The subject emphasizes on the use of less common management tools for quantitative and qualitative data that are present in organisations. The subject shows the historical reference of methods of management from the Czech Republic and also current modern approaches, which are just beginning to promote. This subject prepares students by the form of demonstrations, calculations, analysis and problem solving tasks using the quality management tools for realize the existence of soft elements of systems and to solve challenging practical tasks in organisations.
Students will acquire developing knowledge and practical skills from methods of the integration of management systems.
Prerequisites
Prerequisites are knowledge of RKI and TES subjects.

Assessment methods and criteria
Combined examination

The essential condition for successfully completing of the subject is activity on practice lectures and passing of the credit test. The exam is both written and oral.
