Improvement of motor skills in selected sports - volleyball, football, floorball, softball, basketball, tennis, table tennis, squash, badminton, gymnastics - aerobics, poweryoga, gymballs, jazzdance, fitness, bodybuilding, indoor cycling, climbing...

Learning outcomes
|
The content of this subject is knowledge elaboration of quality relationship regarding requirement of active retirement and movement at healthy living. Students can possibly choose one of following sports: football, floorball, tennis, minitennis, squash, water sports and fun swimming, fitness and exercise with music, racquet sports, exercise and sports games, fitness, bodybuilding, indoor cycling, climbing.
Students received main competences for an active lifestyle.
