Kurz se zabývá základní anglofonní literaturou pro děti a mládež a jejím vývojem včetně současné situace. Během přednášek podává přehled stěžejních děl, zasazených do kontextu daného období. Semináře jsou věnovány rozboru vybraných textů a možnostem jejich využití v hodinách anglického jazyka. Důraz je kladen převážně na analýzu různých literárních děl, která studentům umožní získat základní přehled o rozmanitosti dětské literatury.

Requirements: Enrolment in the LT3SS course on MOODLE, active in-class participation, timely and complete fulfillment of assignments (according to the given instructions). Assessment: based on active in-class participation, timely and complete fulfillment of assignments (according to the given instructions), and final oral/practical exam. Requirements and assessment of combined study students are identical.
