Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to give the students insight into various theories of second language acquisition. The objective is to provide the students with a foundation so that they can better understand the process of acquiring a language and the challenges that their future pupils face when going through this process. The students will learn to analyze the language use of their future pupils and assess their linguistic capabilities. The purpose is to enable the students to make informed choices regarding the facilitation of their pupils' language acquisition.

Attendance: highly recommended The credit will be awarded to students who have: viewed and studied regularly the material in the E-learning course participated in all class activities completed all the reading tasks by the due date achieved 70 % on the Final Test provided a presentation on a selected topic
