Student's performance analysis, Practical demonstration of acquired skills
The aim of the course is to delve into the Second/Foreign Language Acquisition phenomenon through the windows of old, new, and alternative approaches. As SLA is an enormously complex phenomenon, we have to do our best to briefly touch on its main philosophical and some practical aspects. Full-time students - Class attendance: You are allowed one session of absence. Please inform your teacher via email before the session if you cannot attend. - E-Learning enrollment. Assignments and supplementary materials will be uploaded there. - A regular TUL email check is required since that is the quickest way for the teacher to contact students. - Mini research paper: It should be based on course topics or to be discussed at the beginning of the semester, and chosen by 01.11.24. The paper should be typed in Times New Roman, Font 14, double-line spacing, and uploaded to Google Drive via e-learning by 22.12.25. - Ongoing in-class research project: ŠVP and task-based language teaching. A written report should be uploaded to Google Drive via e-learning by 3.1. 26. Part-time students: - They should cover the exact online and/or in-person requirements. Note: The submitted schedule is subject to change depending on the group's specific needs. The order of presenting the topics may also change based on the group's needs and interests.
