Course content
Full-time programme (the course is not aimed at part-time students) 1: Course organisation, Self-evaluation, Observation Task - The First Steps. 2: Teaching performance analysis. OT - Lesson phases and transitions. 3: Teaching performance analysis. OT - Error correction. 4: Teaching performance analysis. OT - Lesson openings and endings 5: Teaching performance analysis. OT - Classroom dynamics. 6: Teaching performance analysis. OT - Wait time 7: Teaching performance analysis. Consolidation

Learning outcomes
The goal of the seminar is to provide students with the opportunity to analyse their teaching performance, share experience and reflect on it in a structured way. Observation tasks assigned for a particular week are analysed with regard to the theory and experience gained from teaching practice.
The development of skills necessary for a TEFL teacher at lower secondary school and a TEFL secondary school level teacher.

It is necessary to combine teaching practicum knowledge, skills and experience with SP2NE Credit Requirements: - Class attendance (one absence is allowed. Email me in advance if you need to be absent.) - Active class participation (including extra assignments). - Ongoing project: Microteaching + feedback to microteaching activities of other students (posted online via Moodle, Google docs, or sent per e-mail - to be agreed) Online mode: - Presence in online Google Meet sessions (one absence is allowed - email your teacher in advance if you want to be absent) - Active participation in online Google Meet sessions - Following Moodle session by session and fullfillment of tasks posted there - microteaching + feedback (both posted online)
