Course content
|
Basic orientation in histology and histology. 1. Cell organelles Eukaryotic cells - nucleus, membrane, cytoskeleton - structure, coloring 2. Epithelials - structure, classification, description, function of each type of epithelium, coloring, selected pathological changes 3. Covering epithelles - morphological classification, examples 4. Binders - ligament, cartilage, bone - structure, function, coloring, bone formation - ossification, selected pathological changes 5. Muscle tissue - Types of muscle tissue, structure, function, coloring 6. Blood and its composition - development of blood cells (white and red developmental line, development of platelets), staining of blood coats, selected pathological changes 7. Types of neurons, parts of multipolar neuron, glia in CNS and in peripheral system - structure, function Laboratory exercises, which will be primarily based on microscopy and drawing of permanent preparations, will be linked to the topic in the lectures.
