Learning outcomes
The course Field Exercises - Management in Nature Conservation is a continuation of the course Management in Nature Conservation, which was taught in the previous semester. The aim of the course is to show students in practice specific management measures that are applied in nature conservation. Exercises will be conducted in blocks in the field. The students will be introduced to management measures implemented in grasslands (permanent experimental plots in the Jizera Mountains and their foothills), wetlands, sandpits, pools, fish passes, stream revitalization, landscape improvement measures and special management measures for SPA animals and plants.
