Course content
The course presents the essential concepts of contemporary Czech morphology. Key topics: Basic notions and terms of morpho-phonology and morphemics; word classes; derivational vs. inflectional morphology; nominal and verbal inflection; language typology; evolution in the Czech morphology.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments)
