In the course, students will learn about ethics and bioethics, their basic theoretical approaches. The subject introduces students to the basic ethical problems of bioethics, but also to specific ethical contexts of the future professional focus (bioengineering). In the seminar parts, in addition to professional knowledge of bioethics and ethics for bioengineering, the ability to logically construct statements, argumentation and value judgments, as well as the ability to discuss and defend one's opinions, whether in the area of ethical dilemmas or solving thought experiments, will be practiced.
