Course content
In this course FAE ? the introduction to philosophy and ethics, we shall examine basic important ethical theories (utilitarianism, libertarianism, liberalism, virtue ethics) and aplied ethics (environmental ethics, human animal studies, theories of racism), and using them to practical questions in open debate.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming)
  • Class attendance - 28 hours per semester
  • Preparation for exam - 40 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The students will be introduced to the central issues of contemporary and traditional positions within philosophical ethics.
The students will acknowledge themselves with the informations acording to the goal and the matter of the course.
Prerequisites
Preconditions are frased in the annotation of the course and in the curriculum of the studying programme.
