Learning outcomes

The course is intended for students who, following the example of contemporary thinkers and classical philosophers, want to think more deeply about the meaning and philosophical consequences of statements in the field of religious faith. An overview of individual arguments and their critical evaluation is presented here. The subject of the philosophy of religion thus systematically acquaints the students with the phenomenon of the hypothesis of God in the context of the history of Western thought. Therefore, compulsory subjects of the history of Western thought, together with religion, are a necessary prerequisite.
The students will acknowledge themselves with the informations acording to the goal and the matter of the course.
