1. Introduction to the subject. 2. Phenomenology of religion. 3. Myth, cosmogonic and theogonic theories, cult, ritual, prayer. 4. Typology of religion, ancient revelation, ancestor cults, animism, magic. 5. Polytheism, enotheism, monotheism, pantheism, deism, theism. 6. History of religion. 7. Cults, cosmogony, ethics. 8. Roman pantheon, Celts, Germans, Slaves. 9. Bible. 10. Buddhism, Hinduism, Chinese religion, gnosis. 11. Christianity. 12. Popery and history of church. 13. Judaism, Islam, Freemasonry. 14. Syncretism ? bahai, cao-dai, umbanda, theosophy, anthroposophy, naturalism.

Learning outcomes |
Course deliminates phenomenon of religion from the perspectives of different philosophical approaches. It starts with the philosophical, theological and religionsistic reflections of religion. It also shows the roots of this reflection in Ancient Greece a the its continuity in modern philosophy.
The students will acknowledge themselves with the informations acording to the goal and the matter of the course. |
