Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to provide students with a basic kowledge of political and economic anthropology as a subdiscipline of social (cultural) anthropology and sociology.The role of political and economic anthropology in the study of dynamics of contemporary society will be discussed. Students will be acquainted with theoretical starting points for the study of the relationship between ideology, power, economics and politics. For further understanding, we will analyze selected case studies.
