Course content
|
Theory of management. Development of organisations, contemporary tendencies. Basic modes and styles of management. Boss and his role. Presumptions of effective decision making. Motivation for work. Work group and its character. Team work. Some techniques of team work. Corporate culture. Presumptions of successful communication in organisation.

Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming)

Learning outcomes
|
Students get basic notion of problems about managing work groups and teams.
The students will acknowledge themselves with the informations acording to the goal and the matter of the course.
