Learning outcomes
|
The course provides a basic overview of physical-geographical and human-geographical conditions in the Czech Republic. Emphasis is placed in the physical and geographical part on the diversity and specifics of natural conditions, including current manifestations of climate change and the possibility of their elimination. The human-geographical part presents current topics such as declining birth rates, increasing immigration, changes in the settlement structure or the evolution of problem regions.
