Liberec in the CR and the EU. Euro-regions in the Republic, neighboring countries and the EU. Euroregion Neisse territories as a model of international cooperation. The geographical boundaries and internal structure. Natural conditions. Environment and its problems. Socio-economic conditions and peculiarities / differences. The historical development of population, population, industry and culture. Public administration and administrative structure. Transformation after 1989. Current issues and development objectives. Examples and results of international cooperation. Comparison with other counties / regions and the Euro-regions. Main sources of information about Liberec, Euroregion, and options / examples of their use.
