Learning outcomes
Students use humanistic geographical methods in their own chosen place, which they compare with humanely positivist geographical methods. The course is focused on a humanistic understanding of place. The basic concept is the phenomenological philosophy of Heidegger, Patočka and Malpas. A place in the works of geographers Tuan, Relph, Cresswell and others.
