Learning outcomes
|
Humanistic approach how to study place. Main conpcet is Heidegger's phenomenological philosophy, Patocka and Malpas. Place in books: Relph, Tuan, Cresswell and others
Students are able to analyse a place by humanistic methods (questionnaire, ethnographic method)

Prerequisites
|
Passing two courses: Introduction to human geography (ZHG) and Humanistic and cultural geography (HKG).

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student's performance analysis, Written assignment
Study of books in English, Filosphy of place and geographical knowledge of place.
