The seminars will focus on practical examples of cross-border cooperation project management and on the independent development of a model project. This project, developed by students, will be subjected in seminars to all stages common to a cross-border project: problem definition, acquisition of partners, preparation of an application for support according to the tender documentation, review procedure, project management, preparation of a monitoring report and preparation of a final report. The tasks of reviewers and evaluators will be performed by the students themselves, thus gaining the evaluator's perspective and then better understanding the factors influencing the successful solution of the entire project.
