Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the project teaching. While the latest Memory and Project Teaching guide in the history only deals with purely sectoral projects, many schools already have project teaching as an interdisciplinary part of a full-year or semi-annual curriculum, opening up a wide scope for interdisciplinary cooperation and interconnection with heritage. The course should outline various forms of project teaching and focus mainly on the practical course, organizational requirements, overlap and meaning of projects. Students will encounter interdisciplinary cooperation within the school, budget issues and evaluation of work associated with project teaching and, for example, the transgenerational and ethical dimension of work with witnesses or questions of school cooperation with public institutions. The practical outcome of the course will be a group work on the concept and basis of specific projects related to the reception of cultural heritage.
It corresponds to the definition of the subject and to the demands given in syllabus.
