Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing)

Learning outcomes
Political and cultural development of ancient civilizations.
Students receive a basic overview of the evolution of the ancient world, focusing on Greek and Roman history. Lectures are the main trends of political, economic and social development issues institutes, institutions, and contemporary political thought.
Prerequisites
Fulfilment of previous study obligations, Compliance with the previous study duties, basic knowledge of general history earlier, knowledge of at least one foreign language.

Oral exam

Active attendance on discussions (lessons); fulfilment of homework; passing a test successfully; study of recommended literature
