Learning outcomes
Students will get acquainted with various types of "writing about the past" from "traditional" historiography (especially) of the first half of the 20th century through types of current cases, theoretical and methodological texts to probes into older types of "pre-scientific" historiography. In addition to the problem of "author's death" in modern historiography, authorial and reading strategies in the historiography of the modern and postmodern era, the course will include a discussion of ways of conceptualization, ie creating a historiographic text according to theoretical and methodological demands of contemporary historical science. At the practical level, students should learn to reflect on their own reading experience and the role of the historian in the text (individual reading reflection is the subject of credit).
It corresponds to the definition of the subject and to the demands given in syllabus.
Prerequisites
Fulfilment of previous study obligations, see the study program.
