Course content
Annotation: Basic course of the Larine language. Content of the course will be the knowledge of the basic grammer features, knowlege of Latine morphology and bases of syntax. The graduates of the course will be able to translate simple Latine text into the Czech language. Thematic definition: 01) Adoptiono of the knowledge of lexical minimmum 02) Foundations of morphology 03) Latine syntax 04) Principles of the work with Latine-Czech dictionary, necessary for translation of texts 05) Orientation in simple, particularly modified texts 06) Antic authors and their works 07) Examples of works of Antic authors

Learning outcomes
This course deals mainly with Latin grammar and important historical Latin terminology.
It corresponds to the definition of the subject and to the demands given in syllabus.
