The course is focused on deepening knowledge of morphology and syntax. Students will be able to translate less demanding texts of classical Latin literature (G. I. Caesar, C. Nepos). At the same time, they will get acquainted with the basics of medieval Latin on selected examples from narrative sources (Kosmas's Chronicle of Bohemia, Zbraslav Chronicle).
It corresponds to the definition of the subject and to the demands given in syllabus.
