Course content
1. Introduction to course 2. -3. Project planning 4.-5. Time planning and Gant diagram 6.-7. Financial planning of projects 8.-9. Human resource of projects 10.-11. Management of projects 12.-13. Evaluation of projects

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments), Written assignment presentation and defence
  • Semestral paper - 20 hours per semester
  • Class attendance - 40 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of this module is to introduce to students the basic techniques of the project analysys and real problem solving.
Students obtain knowledge in given course in accordance with requirements and course programme and would be able to lead a project.
Prerequisites
In this modul students do not have any special knowledge about project management.
