The subject of lexicology builds on the knowledge acquired in the linguistic discipline of morphosyntax - the morphological part, which is the basis of word formation in both the content and the forms of work. The background is a thorough knowledge of German language morphology. The task of lexicology is to explore mainly vocabulary, its items and structures. The seminar focuses primarily on the following issues: What kinds of lexical items exist? What's a word? What are the relationships between the items of vocabulary? How is the vocabulary of a single language structured? How is the mental lexicon structured? What is the relationship between vocabulary and grammar?
Language competence development in accordance with the curriculum of the accredited field.
