The subject Morphosyntax is taught in the 3rd - 6th semester of Bachelor Studies. Its aim is to provide students with an insight into the grammatical structures of German language, while creating theoretical basis for safe mastering of grammar construction in contemporary German. The first part of the subject (3rd and 4th semester) deals with morphology of parts of speech, with a focus on verbs. In addition to the traditional structuralist approach "language as a system", the concept of the subject is based primarily on the knowledge of pragmalingvistics and textual linguistics.
Language competence development in accordance with the curriculum of the accredited field.
