Course content
|
Development of didactics scientific competencies. Development of foreign language competencies (listening, reading, speaking, writing comprehension) and language devices (vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation), all in accordance with The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments)

Learning outcomes
|
Communicatice competence as the aim of present day foreign laguage teaching at elementary schools, receptive, productive and combined skills, their psycho-linguistic background, methodical procedures, typology of language exercises and learning strategies.
Language competence development in accordance with the curriculum of the accredited field.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student's linguistic performance analysis, Didactic test, Presentation of acquired experience via portfolio
Active participation in seminars, successful completion of assignments, 75% presence in seminars. Other requirements may vary.
