Course content
Artefiletics and artetherapy - definition of terms, goals, approaches, methods. Self-experience and artistic expression - process reflection, motivation, experience, commenting, projection principle. Tales and stories - how to use their messages and images in the educational process. Fine arts, artists and artefiletics - incentives and relationships. Meanings and possibilities of working with colors. Working with themes in artefiletics, their challenging and diagnostic aspects and possibilities. Art activities aimed at eliminating fears of artistic expression, relaxation, creating a safe environment.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments), Active metods (simulation, situational contingency methods, drama,acting, namagerial acting )
  • Home preparation for classes - 32 hours per semester
  • Class attendance - 14 hours per semester
  • Preparation for credit - 14 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to enable students to gain their own reflected experience and to get acquainted with some ways of working in the artefiletic context, e.g. to acquire skills and inspiration in the field of choosing topics, techniques and art materials, to create a safe and inspiring environment for creative self-experience.
The student should understand the principle of work in the artefiletic context and gain a partial overview of the different ways of artefiletic work. Based on his own experience and acquired knowledge, he should be able to set the boundary for a sufficiently safe and ethical approach to self-experience work. Student should gain motivation and inspiration to further discoveries and experiments with his own creativity and its subsequent reflection.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of general, developmental and social psychology.
