The aim of the course is to equip the student with the knowledge and skills to work with small social groups. Students will learn how to prepare their own group development programs according to selected methodologies of experiential pedagogy (especially adventure education methodology). The students will gain an overview of activities that can be used at different stages of group development and learn how to work with them according to the principles of Kolb's learning cycle.
