Course content
Phases of social group formation and development, group structure and dynamics. Play as a learning activity, Kolb's learning cycle, the creation and organization of the game in a small social group. Project Adventure, Lipnice Holiday School. Security aspects in the organization of experiential activities. Independent creation and presentation of selected experiential activity.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments), Written assignment presentation and defence, Demonstration of student skills, Students' portfolio
  • Preparation for credit - 28 hours per semester
  • Class attendance - 28 hours per semester
  • Home preparation for classes - 34 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with knowledge and skills for working with small social groups.
Student will be able: to understand the development stages of the group to independently and methodically lead a group to create leisure time experience-oriented activities to apply Kolb's learning cycle to working with the group to describe the history and the present of Lipnice Holiday School
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of general, developmental and social psychology.

Assessment methods and criteria
Interview, Presentation of group work, Oral presentation of self-study

Active participation on the course. Processing, presenting, and advocating (in front of a group) of selected experimental activities (games).
