The seminar introduce alternative educational concepts - concept of M.Montessori.

Learning activities and teaching methods

Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments), Demonstration of student skills

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the principles of child personality development through sensorimotor Montessori material.
After completing the course the student will be able to: 1. Critically evaluate the selection of activities and materials in the educational work of the teacher according to the principles of Montessori pedagogy. 2. Design and implement and evaluate an educational program using sensorimotor material from Montessori pedagogy.
