Course content
Course is drawn as socio-psychological training. Aim of this training is personality development of each student. 1. Communication - manifestation, feedback, characteristics of right communication. 2. Cooperation, personal growth, group facilitation. 3. Attitudes and values, motivation, aims of leisure time pedagogy. 4. Empathy, trust, creativity, selfreflection. 5. Life crisis, solution of crisis and personal growth. 6. Identification of strong and weak personal characteristics for practical pedagogy.

Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming)
  • Preparation for credit - 28 hours per semester
  • Class attendance - 28 hours per semester
  • Home preparation for classes - 34 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Course is drawn as socio-psychological training. Aim of this training is personality development of each student.
After completion of the subject student will be able 1. to understand the content of prescribed curriculum of Personality development training 2. to reflect the topic critically 3. to demonstrate specific intellectual skills gained in a course in writing of a semestral theses 4. to apply gained knowledge in educational process 5. to be motivated for continuous learning in the field
Prerequisites
Student has basic knowledge of Pedagogy and Social Psychology.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student's performance analysis

Study objectives: 1. active participation on the lecture 2. participants will perform all given tasks 3. reading of relevant academic texts 4. writing a semestral academic paper 5. successful accomplishment of institutional objectives of the course - attainment above the minimum requirements for the award of credit
