Course content
Thematic areas: 1.Basics og Arts terminology. 2.-3. Drawing techniques and materials, composition, perspective. 4.-7. Print techniques and materials. Seminars: 1. Drawing in school practice. 2. -13. Practical training of drarwing. Art-making. 14.Presentation, assessment.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments), Individual creative and artistic activities
  • Class attendance - 42 hours per semester
  • Semestral paper - 28 hours per semester
  • Home preparation for classes - 20 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Students learn how to work with drawings creative expresive mediums. They are acquitanced with basic drawings techniques and by the same mail they tested different drawings themes. They learned how to modelate by light and shade, imagery perspective basics, study drawing and drawing in rough outlines, motive stylization, abstract methods of aproach lines and plane. Seminars are ended by students works exposition.
Theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field.

General orientation in the subject.

Student's performance analysis, Practical demonstration of acquired skills, Presentation of artistic and creative activities, Systematické pozorování studenta

Participation in the classes, presentation of portfolio, semestral work. The course is held in Czech language, the requirements are stated in the Czech version.
