Course content
Thematic areas: Characteristic of Czech language. The position of Czech language to other languages. Acustic and graphic aspekt of language. Motivated words. Denomination definite, polyvalent, homologous, opposite. Expresives meanings of denomination. Indirect denomination. Word from lexical form aspect. Tiers in verbal funds. Classification/assortment of words. Dictionary and their forms. Methods procedures and resources for words composition. Word forms classes, types and subtypes.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments), Working activities (workshops), Group consultation, Seminár
  • Preparation for exam - 28 hours per semester

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to provide students with coherent and comprehensive information about the concept of linguistic teaching, focused on the doctrines, lexicology and word formation in connection with the didactic aspects of the subject adapted for the needs of primary school.

Oral exam, Student's performance analysis, Practical demonstration of acquired skills, Didactic test
