Course content
Thematic areas: 1. Hardware and Software Equipment - Options and Requirements for Practice and Operation at Elementary School. 2. Available photo editing applications, online and offline resources and freeware. 3. Practical use of the camera, technical and aesthetic photo rules and its adjustment. 4. Available applications for recording and editing audio, music, online and offline resources and freeware. 5. Practical use of technologies for recording, creating and editing sound and music. 6. Available image creation and editing applications, online and offline resources and freeware. 7. Practical use of technologies for recording and editing of video recordings. 8. Available applications for creating and editing movie recording, online and offline resources and freeware. 9. Practical use of technologies for recording and editing of film recording and its modification. 10. Role, principles and issues of digital presentation or processing of materials for presentation in kindergarten. 11. Sharing and presenting nursery schools, individuals, children's creation, etc. online. 12. Audio and film at elementary school - didactic principles, principles of implementation. 13. Presentation of seminar papers. 14. Summary of the curriculum.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Individual creative and artistic activities, Practicum, Task-based study method
  • Class attendance - 28 hours per semester
  • Semestral paper - 30 hours per semester
  • Preparation for credit - 12 hours per semester
  • Home preparation for classes - 20 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes of the course is to A, introduction to possibilities of using digital media in activities at elementary school not only in direct pedagogical activities, but also in the teacher´s preparation, information, communication, promotional content of teacher's work, B, introduction to the media, its manipulation and the processing of the materials The course is taught not only theoretically, but also practically by visual and sound creation of students.

Practical demonstration of acquired skills, Presentation of artistic and creative activities, Presentation of group work, Oral presentation of self-study

Participation in seminars, presentations, seminar work. The course is held in Czech language, the requirements are stated in the Czech version.
