Course content
Thematic areas: 1. Basic principles, materials and aids, differences in their use, drying and burning, bonding, bonding in ceramics, workshop equipment. 2. Squeeze technique, wall thickness, shape decoration with eyelash scratches 3. Plate construction: preparation of templates, thickness of the sheet, possibility of plate laying, gluing and roller injection. Decorating by carving and sticking the shape. 4. Sculptural procedure, in a massive form, shaped (Japanese or Chinese container with legs or plinth), stroke, gradual removal of the eye. Decorate the scratches with the eyecup. 5. Figural modeling, full shape modeling, subsequent cut, recessing of the interior space, gluing. 6. Ceramic modeling (sword nest technique) suitable for larger work, eg seated animal, sitting figure? Gradually creating a hollow ceramic shape by adding and pressing smaller pieces of clay. 7. Decorating with stains and glazes.

Courses will take place in two-hour blocks bound to a fixed burning time, for the continuation-glazing option. Requirements: preparatory sketches, all seminar work, seminar work. Attendance at seminars, seminar paper, written exam. The course is held in Czech language, the requirements are stated in the Czech version.
